Planning Commission to weigh Teton Pines clubhouse expansion of 11,992 square feet
Teton County planners are set Oct. 26 to review a development plan that would add 11,992 square feet to the Teton Pines clubhouse, bringing the building to about 38,158 square feet across three levels.
Teton County’s Planning Commission on Oct. 26 is scheduled to take up a development plan for the Teton Pines Clubhouse remodel that would expand the existing 28,304 square foot building by 11,992 square feet, for a proposed total of about 38,158 square feet of gross floor area across three levels, according to county planning staff staff report.
In the county’s prior record on nearby Teton Pines commercial-area development, the Board of County Commissioners in 2022 approved a separate development plan amendment on the same property (Lot 2 at 3450 Clubhouse Drive) related to changes to an activity barn, after a 3-0 Planning Commission recommendation and a 4-0 board vote 2022 development plan order. The current clubhouse proposal is a different permit, but it is the next major scale question for Lot 11’s commercial core, and the public packet still does not disclose a project cost or construction schedule.
