About The Teton Scroll

Making local government accessible to everyone

Our Mission

The Teton Scroll exists to make it easy for citizens of Teton County to engage with their local government. We believe that an engaged citizenry is essential to good governance, and that access to information shouldn't require hours of searching through meeting minutes and public records.

What We Do

We collect and organize public documents from Teton County in order to provide tools for you to understand and impact decisions.

What Works Today

On the home page you can quickly see what upcoming decisions and discussions are planned and who to contact to influence the outcome.

What's Next

We're working on expanding coverage and adding new tools:

  • More jurisdictions — Town of Jackson, Jackson Hole Airport Board, and other local bodies
  • Deeper historical archive going back years, not just months
  • Budget explorer with interactive visualizations of county spending
  • Public comment tracking — who spoke, what they said, and what happened next

Who Built This

This is a pet project by Will Roscoe, a Teton County resident who runs Cornsnow Technologies. Free accounts let you vote on briefs and browse documents, events, and entities — create one here. To unlock the Research Desk and ask questions, email hello@cornsnow.com to subscribe.
