- Semi flees injury crash on WY-22 near Teton Pass summit. An OnStar-reported collision at Highway 22 and Old Pass Road came in at 11:59; the location was later corrected to roughly milepost 11.5, near the summit. At 12:04 dispatch advised it was a hit-and-run — a semi with a white flatbed last seen westbound on 22. A large response (Battalion 3, Engines 21/61, Medics 10/50/60, Rescue 24, sheriff's units, WHP) found a single Chevy pickup blocking the eastbound lane with three patients: one "yellow," two "green," including one with left-side pain and numbness in a leg. All patients were transported to St. John's by about 12:39; both lanes reopened by 13:22. At 13:07 a unit reported a possible suspect vehicle on camera and a company name, forwarding the lead to Highway Patrol; the case was logged as pending at day's end.
- Second hit-and-run ends in arrest on 22 at Skyline. At 19:51 HP relayed a hit-and-run on the Moose-Wilson Road (WY-390), the suspect a dark pickup fleeing southbound on its rim. At 19:57 a unit stopped a matching silver Chevy truck with Texas plates on 22 at Skyline; one driver was in custody at 20:01, bleeding from the face. Medic 10 transported him to St. John's at 20:18 with the eastbound lane briefly blocked; he was later taken to jail (~21:55) while a unit wrote a search warrant.
- Juvenile with repeated seizures on south Fall Creek Road; helicopter declines in weather. A 16:56 page sent Medic 10, Engine 21 and a deputy to a facility at the far south end of Fall Creek Road for a 15-year-old male with multiple seizures after an earlier head injury and ER visit. Air Idaho declined the flight due to weather (a Stilson LZ had been prepped, with a deputy securing it); the patient went by ground to St. John's at 18:13.
- Trail-fall rescue at Astoria Hot Springs. At 15:31 Medic 10 and Rescue 34 were paged for a woman who slipped on the steep, slick trail between the parking area and the natural hot springs, suffering a head laceration. Responders assisted her up the slope; command terminated at 16:04 and she was transported to St. John's at 16:05.
- Rider thrown from horse at Heart Six Ranch, Buffalo Valley. A 16:28 page sent Medic 60, Rescue 44 and Medic 2 to the ranch for a 77-year-old woman who landed on her right hip; vitals were stable. The Medic 2 crew took her to town as a BLS transfer and Medic 60 stood down at 17:01.
- Minor crash at US-89 and Whole Foods; impaired-driver search comes up empty. Multiple 911 calls at 17:09 reported a two-car collision (front-end damage to both); injuries were superficial, a medic checkout was refused, and the Lincoln's driver was cited at 17:57. In the same hour units searched South Park Loop and south to Hoback for a Silverado whose driver allegedly fled a Cottonwood-area contact with an odor of alcohol — not located; HP and Lincoln County were notified toward Alpine.
Also on the air
A busy, crash-heavy day with four separate hit-and-run reports: besides the two above, a cold hit-and-run at the Home Ranch lot (18:33) and a parked car struck at Pearl Street Market (20:45), where the suspect vehicle — possibly a black Tesla — was found in the alley behind Pinky G's and a citation issued by 21:17. Routine traffic included town siren testing (09:55–14:13), two residential alarm calls cleared secure or false (North Glenwood 09:20; Three Creek 14:38, plus a Stonefly Drive page stood down within a minute at 15:57), a Snow King Motel disturbance with a language barrier (13:32), loose horses returned to their owner (16:34), a motorist assist on 22 after a wheel came off a Sprinter van (15:17), two parking complaints, a welfare check, post-office and Albertsons harassment reports, and an injured deer put down on South 89 near Adams Canyon (21:09). Late evening brought a warrant arrest after an intoxicated man refused to leave the Virginian and briefly evaded officers through the kitchen and courtyard (22:41–23:43, cleared at St. John's then jailed). Medic 20 shuttled a flight crew and patient for a fixed-wing transfer at the airport (21:17–23:25); Medic 40 staffed the high school football game, where a stadium speaker glitch blasted a 25-second siren noise (20:51). START dispatch swapped out a bus with a sounding alarm mid-route and handled end-of-shift changeovers; school-bus dispatch traffic (TG 1812) was heavy with afternoon student-release coordination, omitted here for privacy.

Caveats
- No traffic was logged before 09:20 — an overnight/morning coverage gap, so the brief reflects roughly 09:00–24:00 only.
- Significant non-Teton traffic is mixed in: TG 13751 is Fremont County (Lander/Riverton) EMS-fire paging, TG 109 is statewide WHP, and TG 6586/several TG 6386-6403 broadcasts cover I-80 (Evanston/Rock Springs) and a Park County missing-person ATL — none of it local.
- Whisper transcription is rough: unit numbers and several locations are unreliable (e.g., "Old Pass/Old Path Road," a hit-and-run briefing referencing "Summit High School," "Cavity Loop," "Lynn Drive"); lines marked [suspect] below are low-confidence.
