• Helicopter rescue of rider thrown from horse in the backcountry northeast of Moran. From ~13:07 dispatch relayed text/911 contact with a party deep in the Pacific Creek / Teton Wilderness area (coords given on TG 1814 as 44.1208, −110.3477). Rescue 22 lifted from the SAR hangar at 13:34; ground teams and an ambulance staged near Moran Junction/Pacific Creek; the park ambulance was canceled at 14:17 and the patient was flown to the hangar (off scene 14:26). Patient report at 14:31: male in his 60s, brief loss of consciousness and an isolated right-arm injury after falling off a horse; he was able to walk to the helicopter. All teams back and the incident closed at 15:30.
• Armed suicidal-subject check at Old West Cabins, South US-89. At 21:57 two deputies (2210/2252) were sent for a 40-year-old man threatening to shoot himself after a breakup; dispatch advised firearms present and that he was alone with a dog. The RP was patched to a deputy's cell (22:06). Units cleared at 23:18 with notes added; no transport was announced on air.
• Overnight backcountry medical off Lower Spread Creek Road. From 02:15, Medic 10, Rescue 44 and a firefighter responded to a dispersed camping area for a 51-year-old woman feeling dizzy. Initial patient refusal at 03:16, but crews were called back minutes later; Medic 10 transported to St. John's, arriving 04:08.
• One in custody after vehicle hit an object at a Broadway-area gas station (details low-confidence). Around 10:49 units on TG 1801 reported a collision at "Base Camp" — first transcribed as involving the gas pumps, later clarified on air as a trash can with no damage. Officers noted an odor of alcohol [suspect] and a non-compliant driver; one subject was taken to the jail (~11:07). Units told dispatch WHP was not needed.
• Overdue motorcyclist found safe. An 11:07 attempt-to-locate (TG 6403/1801) sought a rider on a black motorcycle with Colorado plates, overdue between Daniel and Jackson; a phone ping put him near East Upper Gros Ventre Road off Spur F (12:15). At 12:55 the RP called back: the rider was fine, his bike had gotten stuck in the mud; ATL canceled.
• Recurring moose jam blocked WY-390 near Stilson/Seven Springs. At 14:47 a tour bus was stopped in the northbound lane while passengers photographed a moose; Game & Fish and a deputy cleared it (~15:08), but backups of ~20 vehicles recurred at 16:27 and again at 18:02 before WYDOT/G&F cleared the scene at 18:21. Dead animals on the 390 roadway were reported separately at 23:06.

Caveats

• Substantial non-Teton traffic in today's log: TG 13751 is Fremont County EMS paging (Lander/Riverton, incl. a PI accident on Mountain View/Solitude Drive), and TG 109/6382/6386 carried Rock Springs–area WHP/WYDOT traffic, including a trailer fire at MM 173 I-80 that closed the eastbound lanes (~16:26, Sweetwater/Carbon Co.) and a car through a fence at WY-28/WY-372 (22:16).
• Heavy transcription garble throughout: unit numbers and road names are inconsistent; a 17:23 page mentioning "assault" on the US-89 bike path appears to be a mistranscription of the bike-fall medical; details of the 10:49 Base Camp collision (gas pumps vs. trash can, alcohol) are low-confidence.
• Very light traffic 05:00–09:59 in places (3–9 transmissions in some hours) may reflect reception gaps rather than actual quiet. TG 1814 is unidentified but clearly carried SAR helicopter operations today.
