The crew landed at 19:30, lifted off with the patient at 19:40, and at 19:50 reported a 47-year-old woman with a hip injury after being thrown from a horse, treated with pain medication in flight. Medic 10 met the helicopter at the SAR hangar (paged 19:43) and arrived at St. John's at 20:21; SAR closed down operations at 20:26. Whether the evening flight was connected to the earlier Sheffield Creek horse incident is not clear from the log.
• Car off Teton Pass at ~WY-22 MM 13. At 09:36 WHP dispatch (TG 6386) reported a 10-50 with injury: a silver Subaru Forester went off the pass and could not be seen from the roadway. The driver self-extricated and was driven toward town by family; a trooper was assigned to follow up. No further traffic on it in this log.
• Three fire alarms, no fires. Engine 6-1 cleared a residential fire-alarm activation off Ridgeview Drive as unoccupied/no hazards (00:13–00:40). Engine 12 and Battalion 1 ran a commercial alarm at First Western Trust Bank, 890 W. Broadway (07:25): crews traced it to an overheated ventilation room, no fire or smoke, alarm reset and command terminated by 08:04. A second Engine 6-1 alarm at a bed-and-breakfast on West "Ravenhaven" Road [suspect spelling] at 18:17 was a cooking incident, clear by 18:23.
• Wildlife day. 02:28: WHP notified of a no-injury vehicle-vs-moose collision on WY-22 at MM 16, moose's condition unknown. 08:04: Game & Fish looking for help with a sow bear and cub wandering near Fish Creek Drive/South Fall Creek area in Wilson [suspect road names]. 09:41–10:50: elk jams on WY-390 — dispatch aired a hazard for tourists harassing elk and cars stopped on both shoulders near the Aspens; a deputy checked it and cleared. A second bear check-in request went out at 16:04.
• Overnight domestic at the Virginian RV park. At 01:18 two units responded to a reported verbal domestic in progress in an RV space; the RP said it had quieted before arrival. Officers ran checks on scene; a follow-up and escort request tied to "a DV that occurred in the Virginian last night" was dispatched at 10:13. No arrest is evident in the log.
• Debris kept falling on the roads. A START driver reported broken drywall blocking the outbound lane on the village/river road near the "windy mile" (09:07); a mattress blocked the middle lane of WY-22 just west of Broadway (18:16, removed by an officer); and at 23:04 a bus driver found the pylons on Broadway knocked over and stopped to pick them up.

• TG 13751 (75 transmissions) is Fremont County EMS paging out of Lander, not Teton County: it carried an overnight injury crash on Crow Creek Road (00:38–00:58), an ATV rollover with injuries near Ray Lake (18:05–18:22), a cardiac arrest page (11:01) and numerous medicals. Likewise TG 109 (statewide WHP), TG 113 (mutual aid: Lander/Hudson/Dubois traffic complaints, including a US-26 MM 58 run-off-road at 21:35) and parts of TG 6386/6403 (Rock Springs/Pinedale/Green River WYDOT traffic, including an apparent DUI arrest near Rock Springs at 07:52) are not local.
