Coroner and next-of-kin/employer notifications continued through the morning (09:51, 10:28); a START driver at 07:06 described the scene as a car through the guardrail near Elbow in the Snake River Canyon. This appears to be at or near the Teton/Lincoln county line, likely a Lincoln County incident with Teton assist — exact location is uncertain in the transcript.
• Nine evacuated for carbon monoxide alarm at Moulton Loop short-term rental. At 06:41 Engine 11 (TG 1807) was paged to a residential CO alarm at a VRBO on Moulton Loop Road, tenants unable to reach the owners, nine people evacuating. • Late-night disturbance at downtown ice cream shop; one detained. At 23:52 units were sent to a disturbance in progress; dispatch relayed that an individual had run into the ice cream shop beneath the roadhouse and was throwing things. Multiple units responded and one person was detained by 23:54; an occupied pickup stopped in the travel lane at Cache/Broadway was checked in the same period.
• Non-injury crash blocked traffic at the Y. At 10:56 a Nissan Armada and a flatbed semi collided near the Y, blocking traffic; vehicles moved to the Powderhorn Mall lot and the crash was cleared non-reportable by about 11:34.

TG 13751 is Fremont County EMS paging (Lander/Dubois), TG 109 is statewide WHP, TG 1404/1412/1415/1420 appear to be Lincoln County (Afton dispatch), and much TG 6386 traffic is I-80 Rock Springs/Evanston area — including an ammonia-hydroxide semi leak with light evacuation near Little America at 15:48 that is not local. TG 14900 (the day's second-busiest) appears to be a school-bus fleet referencing Thunder Basin, CCHS and Casper — likely Campbell County, not Teton.
• The fatal crash location is approximate. Transcribed as "830, 130 and a half" and "the 131"; the responsible agency (Lincoln vs. Teton) is not explicit on air, and much of the incident ran on Afton-dispatched talkgroups.
