$120,378 Weber Water and Well deal for South Park RV dump station well

Teton County commissioners are set to approve a $120,377.74 contract with Weber Water and Well to drill and test a public water supply well for the South Park Landing RV dump station at South Park Landing West Park well drilling contract packet. The well is an “early phase” of the project, intended to serve the dump station’s water fill and washdown facilities, and later restrooms, a drinking fountain and irrigation.

Staff says awarding the contract quickly would allow drilling this fall and help the county use remaining American Rescue Plan Act funds previously allocated to the dump station project. The contract is largely unit-priced, so the final cost can move with actual drilling depth and pump-testing requirements. The bid came in as the apparent low from two submissions, with the other bid rejected as non-responsive for missing bond information and references.
