Paged at 15:08 as an "investigate fire / possible out-of-control controlled burn," the first unit on scene at 15:15 found fire in two locations in light grass near a barn and cabin and called for more resources; stations 7, 3, 1 (tender 17), 2 and 6 all responded on TG 1807/1808 with a South Park command post and north/east/south divisions. Flames reached 4–6 ft, a small septic-tank fire was knocked down at the main address (~15:58), and the fire was declared fully contained at 16:03 with no structures lost. At 16:21 a deputy reported a possible ignition source — described as possible arson involving a "salt cocktail" [suspect transcription, likely "Molotov cocktail"]; fire investigators were paged, witnesses interviewed and an SO drone flown. Command terminated 17:44 with a final estimate of seven acres; investigation continuing.
• Paraglider injured at Glory Bowl on Teton Pass. Search and Rescue was activated at 09:04; ground teams staged at the overflow lot east of the summit and helicopter Rescue 22 launched at 09:38, landing atop Glory Bowl at 09:48. Medic 60 was paged at 10:08 for a 37-year-old male with a broken leg, awake; transported to St. John's at 10:42, arriving 11:02. SAR closed out at 10:58.
• Three helicopter missions for Teton County SAR (TG 1814). Besides Glory Bowl, Rescue 22 picked up a hiker in a short morning mission (07:18–07:57), and at 16:42 launched for an injured hunter up Pacific Creek [suspect location] — crews struggled to spot the subject and passed updated GPS coordinates by radio (17:11–17:21) before lifting off with the patient at 17:38; an ambulance met the ship at the hangar at 17:45 for a 26-year-old male. At 18:24 the ship returned to Grand Teton NP to continue a "Delta Lake mission" with the Park Service, back at the hangar 19:34.
• Cyclist with head injury on Moose Wilson Road. At 15:27 Medic 60 was paged into the park (Roosevelt/reserve section) for a fallen cyclist with a head puncture and difficulty breathing; the park couldn't access. The ambulance was escorted through the bike-race finish area and transported to St. John's.
• Race day threaded through the whole log. Overnight/early-morning towing and parking enforcement on Redmond/Broadway ahead of an 08:00 start (event referred to as "Old Bill's"; streets reopened 12:53), medics staged all day, a moose jam on Leeper Lane at 16:08 pushing riders into the travel lane, and at 19:42–19:48 medics working a patient at the Teton Village finish line with law enforcement clearing traffic to load; Medic 50 cleared 21:15.
• Homewood Suites commercial fire alarm, 19:26. Full-station activation, three-story multi-residential, nothing showing; investigation found burnt food and an activated pull station; no smoke, no fire, reset by 19:36.

• Machine transcription is rough: unit numbers, names and roads are inconsistent, "salt cocktail" for the suspected accelerant is a low-confidence render (likely Molotov cocktail), and the evening helicopter mission is ambiguous between "Pacific Creek" and "Delta Lake" — possibly two related missions. 547 exchanges could not be classified.
