Injury crashes bookend the day on WY-22: two hurt at MM 2 midday, evening wreck at the Y sends one to St. John's

• Two-vehicle injury crash closes a lane of WY-22 at MM 2. At 12:44 dispatch (TG 1801/1807) paged Engine 61, Medics 60 and 10, Rescue 24 and Battalion 2 to WY-22 mile marker 2 near Coyote Canyon Road for a Ford Bronco vs. Dodge Ram 3500. Two conscious patients with minor bleeding; one westbound lane blocked, extra units stood down at 12:53, two transports to St. John's by ~12:59. Both vehicles towed; Highway Patrol cleared by 13:41.
• Second injury crash at the Y — Broadway at Buffalo Way. A START bus driver called it in at 17:44 ("a real smash-up" by Albertsons); Engine 11, Medic 10 and duty officer paged 17:45. A 22-year-old with chest pain was transported to St. John's at 17:56. The intersection was blocked into the evening; START warned all local routes at 17:58. At 21:05 an officer took witness video of the crash.
• Vehicle vs. moose on North US-89 at Gros Ventre Junction. Reported 05:03; extensive vehicle damage, driver evaluated by Medic 10 (paged 05:21, transported to St. John's). The moose survived the impact and was put down at Park request by ~05:33. A second wildlife strike at 10:04 — vehicle vs. deer at WY-22/West Broadway, driver gone on arrival — ended with an officer tracking the injured deer uphill from a church parking lot.
• ~30 horses loose on WY-390 at Teton Village. A START driver reported the herd in the roadway at 07:02; countywide/WHP hazard broadcasts followed at 07:05–07:07 (trail-ride stock, no contact with owners initially). By 07:25 a deputy confirmed all horses off the road and contained.
• Possible spiked drink at the 49'er. At 04:14 Medic 10 responded to a room at the 49'er for a 22-year-old male with possible alcohol poisoning; the RP said his drink may have been spiked, so law enforcement responded as well. Transported to St. John's by ~04:40.
• Rough day for school buses (TG 1812). Around 08:25 a passing truck sprayed gravel that cracked windshields on at least three buses ("this whole line of cars is going to need new windshields"). Drivers also logged red-light and illegal-passing violations; officers were briefed on two illegal school-bus-passing events (1041, 1043) at 11:15 and another near Meadowlark at 16:07.

START/school dispatch spent the after-school hour reuniting several kids who missed stops or boarded wrong buses — all resolved.

Caveats

• TG 13751 is Fremont County EMS paging (Lander): its PI accidents (Hwy 28 MP 51, Hwy 133/Missouri Valley), grass fires and medical pages are NOT Teton County. Likewise most TG 109/113 WHP broadcasts concern I-80 and Sweetwater/Fremont counties.
• Transcription quality is poor in places — place names garbled ("Crow Vaughan" = Gros Ventre, "Wart Park" gate incident location unclear), unit numbers inconsistent; lines tagged [suspect] are low-confidence. Zero transmissions logged 03:00–04:00 may be a monitoring gap.
• Three talkgroups are unidentified: TG 1812 appears to be school-bus operations, TG 6599 a private hauling/paving crew, TG 15302 possibly out-of-county law dispatch — attribution uncertain.
