• Runaway teen takes vehicle, brief pursuit on the Village Road. At 13:31 deputies were sent to an RV ranch on Wilderness Drive for a 14-year-old male gone ~20 minutes, last seen headed toward the Snake River. Callers then reported a shirtless young male trying to get into properties on West Rockcrest Road; at 13:40 dispatch advised he was taking a green Jeep from a Rockcrest Road driveway. Units 2237 and 2217 followed him toward Teton Village at speeds around 55 mph; a 10-33 (emergency traffic hold) was declared at 13:43 and he was in custody by 13:48, with the hold lifted at 13:49. Medic 50 slow-rolled toward the scene and stood down. A garbled follow-up at 13:54 described a vehicle on its side off the roadway with a tree on it near mile marker 4.5 [suspect] — it appears related but the transcription is unclear.
• Injury crash at Gill and Glenwood. At 10:15 Battalion 2, Engine 11 and Medic 10 were paged for a collision with injuries and airbag deployment at West Gill (paged variously as "Gale") and North Glenwood; Medic 60 was added at 10:17 for a possible second patient. Tows were started for a Jeep and a Mercedes; all fire units cleared by ~10:26.
• Unconscious man near Slide Lake, suspicious ATV departure. At 20:19 Medic 10 and deputies were sent to Gros Ventre Road just west of Lower Slide Lake for a male unconscious on the roadside. He regained consciousness; a second man loaded him into a camo Polaris Ranger side-by-side and left westbound, with the RP "highly suspicious." A deputy stopped the Ranger at the Warm Springs pull-out at 20:34. Units advised it appeared to be altitude sickness; Medic 10 evaluated and cleared on a patient refusal at 20:50.
• Confused driver, car left mid-road on Cache Creek. At 18:04 an unoccupied black Mercedes was reported parked in the middle of the Cache Creek/Upper Cache Creek Drive intersection. Officers found the driver nearby, confused but not intoxicated; Medic 10 responded at 18:24 and transported to St. John's at 18:38. A neighbor moved the vehicle; night shift will follow up.
• Teen head injury at the high school stadium. At 17:28 Medic 10 responded to the high school football stadium on Gregory Lane for a 14-year-old male, conscious and breathing, who hit his head; transported to St. John's at 17:47.
• Late-night burglary alarm at bank construction site. At 22:20 units responded to the former Rendezvous Bistro site on South US-89, now a bank under construction, after an alarm company reported video of a man walking away with something in hand. An officer checked a possible match behind Target (subject clear, released); the site superintendent reported everything code four and units cleared by 22:34.
