At 18:11 a START bus driver on Broadway near Miller Park radioed that he had witnessed a car collide with a motorcycle; dispatch (TG 1801) sent officers to the Loaf 'N Jug on West Broadway and paged Medic 10/Engine 11 (TG 1807) at 18:19 for a rider with foot injuries, alert and oriented. The bus's onboard video was flagged for investigators. The rider refused transport (18:40) and at 19:06 an officer reported he would self-transport to the hospital with friends' help.
• Man on motel roof draws welfare response. At 19:22 dispatch sent two units to back a third at the Teton Gables Motel after a passerby reported a male sitting on the roof edge, "unknown if preparing or just enjoying the view." An officer on scene at 19:23 confirmed a person with feet hanging over the edge; by 19:28 units reported code four and the call cleared without incident.
• Reported stolen vehicle found with apparent loaded firearm. At 05:34 an RP reported a vehicle stolen (transcribed as from "South Plumwood," mapping near West Deloney — road names uncertain). Officers found it parked, apparently unoccupied, at the West Deloney restrooms by 05:42; the checking officer reported open containers and what looked like a loaded firearm on the passenger floorboard. No further disposition on air.
• Welfare check in Wilson with weapons in the home. At 18:27 two deputies were sent to a Wilson residence for a report of an intoxicated man with weapons in the home and two frightened daughters; dispatch relayed associated vehicles and a gun safe location at 18:32. Deputies cleared with a report by about 19:06.
• Repeat subject busy overnight. At 23:00 officers were sent to the Virginian Lodge for a male refusing to close his bar tab; dispatch noted he matched a subject from the prior night who had implied he had a knife and was "identifying as Batman." A trespass notice was issued at 23:15. At 23:30 the same man (name garbled — "Steed"/"Steen"; possibly also linked to a 00:49 Loaf 'N Jug trespass) walked into the START bus office saying officers were harassing him; units checked the area but did not locate him and cleared at 23:41.
• State records system down. At 11:00 WYDOT dispatch (TG 6403) broadcast that DCI's mainframe was down, blocking license/registration (27/28) returns statewide; Jackson dispatch reported return failures at 12:10, and the outage was still being worked at 22:36.
