• Prowler report sends deputies to Fish Creek Ranch area near Wilson. At 17:41 an RP at a ranch off North Fall Creek Road (first broadcast garbled as "Dish Creek Ranch / Wall Creek Road") reported a man looking into their cabin window; the RP's wife chased him off. Suspect described as male, 35–40, six feet, athletic, black sweatpants; a neighbor reported him southbound on North Fall Creek Road on a bicycle at 17:51. Units 2252 and 2270 responded; a deputy spoke with the suspect's ex-wife (18:00) and units cleared the property about 18:38 with phone follow-up to the owner. No arrest heard on air.
• Toddler head injury up the Gros Ventre; call open at end of log. At 23:42 Medic 10 (TG 1807) was paged to a campsite about four miles past Crystal Creek Campground for a 2-year-old girl who fell roughly five feet from a bunk bed — conscious and breathing, neck pain. Medics en route at 23:46 to meet a party at the end of Gros Ventre Road; no disposition before midnight.
• Possible stroke at Jackson Hole Airport — declined, then transported. Medic 10 was paged at 13:36 for a male in his 70s with one-sided numbness; stood down at 13:38 after law enforcement reported him code-4, then re-requested by airport staff at 13:47. Transported, arriving St. John's at 14:27.
• Table Mountain SAR callout canceled minutes after it started. At 22:31 dispatch advised a search-and-rescue was being opened for Table Mountain and asked for a check of the Teton Canyon trailhead for a vehicle; at 22:35 it was canceled — the subject had returned home. Separately, SAR-1 ran a training day in Teton Canyon (radio check 09:42, closed out 19:02, all members back).
• Two teenage bike-accident calls at Teton Village. Medic 60 responded to the Teton Village Clinic at 15:39 for a 16-year-old male, A&O x1 but helmeted (patient refusal, clear 16:22), then again at 17:31 for a second 16-year-old bike accident, transported to St. John's, arriving 18:20.
• Erratic-driver (REDDI) reports and a bear on WY-22. A silver Subaru Forester swerving on WY-390 southbound then east on WY-22 was broadcast at 07:46; WHP was out of position and a deputy checking Spring Gulch at 08:11 didn't find it. A second REDDI at 21:37 — dark blue sedan swerving, US-89 southbound from Big Trail toward Hoback — had no further traffic. At 16:37 all units were advised of a sow bear with two cubs on WY-22 near Skyline.

• Substantial non-Teton traffic today: TG 13751 (62 transmissions) is Fremont County EMS paging (falls, chest pain, PI crashes near Lander, Fort Washakie and Shoshoni, including a fixed-wing launch discussion at 09:03), and TG 109/113/6386/1404 carried statewide WHP and Sweetwater/Fremont/Lincoln-area complaints. These are excluded from the incident log below.
• Whisper transcription is rough: many unit numbers and road names are unreliable ("Looper Lane," "Grosmont Street," "Wall Creek Road," "Dish Creek Ranch"), and the 19:38 "clear to assault" line is likely a mis-transcription of a routine clearance — no assault call appears elsewhere in the log.
