Board denies R THEORY barn permit after agricultural-use fight

The Teton County Board of Commissioners denied Building Permit BDR2023-0135 for R THEORY, LLC's proposed agricultural barn after a 1-2 vote on Aug. 4. The written order says the board could not make all three findings required for approval under the Land Development Regulations (LDRs) Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order Denying Approval of a Building Permit.
