County to vote on $61K design fee for housing over new coroner facility

Teton County commissioners on Aug. 31 are set to decide whether to add seasonal employee housing to the coroner facility design contract, via a $61,000 additional-service amendment with Plan One Architects R Board Meeting Agenda.

If approved, the architect says it will develop “two to three conceptual design options” for the second-story residences, including a bunk-house style layout that “maximize[s] occupancy” for on-call personnel. The housing component was previously estimated to add roughly $589,000 to $1.03 million to total project costs, on top of the non-housing facility scope, according to earlier project materials.
