County vote would fund Children’s Learning Center at $287,710 for FY27
On Aug. 31, Teton County commissioners are set to approve a $287,710 FY27 contract with Children’s Learning Center, which says it provides about 40% of the valley’s childcare slots and is one of the few options for infants.
Teton County’s Board of County Commissioners is set to vote Monday, Aug. 31 on a $287,710 contract for services with Children’s Learning Center, covering July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 FY 27 Contracts for Service packet.
For parents, this is one of the bigger “does childcare stay available?” line items in the county budget. In the contract materials, the Children’s Learning Center says it provides “nearly 40% of available childcare spots in the valley” and is “one of the few that can accommodate infants,” plus year-round care for more than 200 children and Head Start services for at-risk families FY 27 Contracts for Service packet.
