SAR crews carry out injured woman near North Leigh Creek; blue SUV flees after striking building in Jackson

• Search and Rescue extracts injured hiker near North Leigh Creek. From about 13:06, SAR traffic on TG 1814 showed two teams deploying — one by RZR, a six-person team from the hangar with a wheeled litter — coordinating by radio and satellite text from a trailhead. At 19:16 the incident commander told dispatch the team was back from the "North Lee Creek" [suspect spelling] rescue of an injured female patient and closed the call. At 19:06 dispatch also gave a deputy a heads-up on a possible second SAR in the far northeast/northern part of Teton County; no further traffic followed.
• Hit-and-run into a building downtown. A 19:01 crash-notification 911 (open line, no verbal) put units in an alley; by 19:03 dispatch said a blue Honda/Hyundai "Santa Fe" [suspect make] on a temporary tag had hit a building while attempting to leave a collision. Units canvassed and ran camera checks for a blue Santa Fe with significant right-rear damage (19:20); a report was taken and the officer cleared at 19:27. No arrest heard on air.
• Intoxicated father holding infant; family sheltered in bedroom. At 22:08 two units were sent to East Hanson Avenue after a caller said her husband came home apparently intoxicated and tripped while holding their two-month-old; she and the baby locked themselves in a bedroom. Medics staged (22:12), were cleared in once officers had the man in hand (22:13), and cleared with a patient refusal at 22:33. A related welfare/records follow-up ran until about 22:47.
• Crowbar assault ATL from Lincoln County. At 12:48 WYDOT/WHP traffic relayed a county assist: an elderly male struck with a crowbar near mm 97 US-89 (Star Valley area), deputy en route, suspect initially on scene. At 13:10 Teton dispatch aired an attempt-to-locate for an assault suspect in a gray Dodge Ram with camper shell, last seen on Grays River Road, possibly still carrying a crowbar. A Teton unit ran a similar gray Ram/camper at 13:19 that returned clear — apparently not the vehicle.
• Overweight truck worries driver at top of Teton Pass. At 16:42 WYDOT relayed a caller's report that a heavy flatbed combo — likely a load that had crossed the Pass scales over the 60,000-lb limit — was stopped at the summit with the driver "looking over the edge and seems worried." A trooper (unit 111) responded to check; no further traffic heard.
• Two residential fire alarms, both false. 06:19 page to East Spruce Drive; Engine 11 found nothing showing and cleared it as a false alarm at 06:45. A 21:23 page to West Indian View Lane [suspect] was stood down at 21:27.

A 10:14 disturbance on "Simon Lane" [suspect] involved broken windows and a possibly injured hand; no charges were aired. A screaming skateboarder near the Jackson Land Trust on S US-89 (14:14) ended with one person transported to the hospital; a man behaving oddly near a left backpack in Teton Village (16:53) was located on Jensen Canyon Road and got a ride with friends; a woman at NAPA on S US-89 reported finding a tracker on her car (17:41), with a possible identity-theft hit noted. Medical calls included a 74-year-old diabetic guest at the Sylvan Lodge (20:51, transported to St. John's). START ran timing checks all day, rerouted around the closed WY-22 entrance to Stilson (milling work — use WY-390), reunited a lost phone with its owner, and reported the bus-barn parking-lot lights out at 23:18. WYDOT aired Teton Pass weigh-station (WIMS) crossings, an I-80 BOLO for a stolen Silverado possibly carrying stolen firearms, and ~20 cattle on US-191 near Pinedale. Game & Fish wardens checked out for a four-day pack trip into the Teton Wilderness.

Caveats

• Heavy machine-transcription garble today: road names like "Berry Drive," "Simon Lane," "Potterhorn," and several unit numbers are likely wrong; anything marked [suspect] is low-confidence.
• Much of the highway traffic is not Teton County: TG 13751 is Fremont County EMS paging (Lander), TG 109 is statewide WHP, and most TG 6386/6382 traffic today was I-80 (Rock Springs/Green River/Evanston) or Sublette/Lincoln County.
• TG 1814 is formally unidentified but today's traffic is clearly SAR operations; no transmissions were logged 03:00–04:00, which may be a quiet period or a brief coverage gap.
