Jackson Council to finalize contractor licensing rule changes

Jackson Town Council is set to take final action Monday on contractor licensing amendments, a rule change that matters to builders and specialty trades that need town licenses to keep jobs moving. The item is up for second reading as Ordinance F in the Aug. 17 council packet, after council unanimously moved the code changes forward on Aug. 3 and directed staff to prepare the ordinance for first reading Aug. 17 agenda packet.
