Glow Nights lights would run Dec. 23 through Feb. 2027, including at the Wildlife Art museum

The Jackson Hole Travel and Tourism Board will review a winter display schedule for Glow Nights that would put illuminated public art installations in place by Dec. 23, 2026, with displays continuing into February 2027 at three sites, including the National Museum of Wildlife Art, according to a Jackson Hole Public Art FY27 Partnerships Staff Report.

For valley residents, the winter season is when wildlife is already managing deep snow, night length, and human activity concentrated on a few travel corridors. Board members should ask how the installations will be lit and timed, including hours of operation, brightness, and any commitments to limit glare and spill light near habitat and travel routes, especially at the museum’s edge above the National Elk Refuge.
