Ridgeline keeps Gros Ventre snow plow price flat for 2026-27

Teton County is set to hold Ridgeline Excavation, Inc.’s first-year Gros Ventre Road snow removal price at $100,832.36, a zero-percent increase from last winter, in the opening year of a five-year contract BCC Packet — Gros Ventre Road Snow Removal Project Contract.

The staff report says the contractor agreed to the flat price after county road staff found no other bidders willing to take on the work, and it notes that later years would reset off the first-year base using the Wyoming Cost of Living Index. For a county road that needs steady plowing and sanding, that gives commissioners a predictable bill before winter hits.
