WY and Idaho commissioners set July 23 workshop on shared services

Teton County, Wyoming, and Teton County, Idaho, commissioners are scheduled to spend July 23 in Driggs in a facilitated workshop focused on “strengthening the provision of critical shared services” across the state line, including what tools exist today and what tools might need to be created to make joint service delivery work. From a rural standpoint, this is the kind of conversation that usually turns into real decisions about who plows what road, how emergency response backs each other up, and how costs get split when people live on one side and use services on the other.
