In the staff report, county planning staff recommend ongoing monitoring tied to the CTMP, including “complaint tracking” and “any corrective actions,” plus an explicit note that even future single-family lots in the area “shall be subject to the Construction Traffic Management Plan” at the building-permit stage staff report packet. Teton County has been tightening expectations around these plans in recent years, using them to set enforceable rules that limit construction impacts during peak school hours, and this meeting is a chance to see how specific (and how enforceable) those requirements get for a major project next to schools.
