County minutes: FY2027 budget passed unanimously, but no total is stated

If you care about the dollars, the frustrating part is what is not in these minutes: no total budget figure, no fund-by-fund summary, and no copy of the adopting resolution. The vote is clear, but the document does not let a taxpayer verify how big the FY2027 plan is, or what changed, without tracking down the resolution and published budget separately.
