County approves crane swing pact for Justice Center crane
Teton County approved a Crane Swing Agreement with Jackson for the Justice Center, giving the county temporary airspace access for a crane but no fee, with insurance, indemnity, and safety conditions attached.
Teton County approved a Crane Swing Agreement with the Town of Jackson for the Justice Center, clearing the way for a construction crane to swing through a limited slice of Town airspace above the project site Justice Center Crane Swing Agreement Staff Report and Attachment. The agreement gives the county a temporary, non-exclusive right to use that airspace, and it says the county, not the Town, bears the insurance, indemnity, and compliance burden, including maintaining $10 million in liability coverage.
