Tourism board sets $48,000 cap for VisitJacksonHole.com support
The Travel and Tourism Joint Powers Board contract with TMBR Creative Agency caps FY27 website, Stay Wild Guide, and CRM support at $48,000, with monthly vouchers and itemized backup required for payment.
If you care where your lodging tax marketing dollars go, this one is straightforward: the Jackson Hole Travel and Tourism Joint Powers Board is setting a not to exceed $48,000 cap in FY27 for ongoing management and support of VisitJacksonHole.com, Industry.VisitJacksonHole.com, and the integrated Stay Wild Guide and email CRM tools, under a one year agreement with VR Interactive Media, LLC (doing business as TMBR Creative Agency). The scope is mostly maintenance and optimization work: website design and development support, onsite SEO, conversion tag management, A/B testing, performance reporting, plus email template updates, segmentation, and reporting. It also includes “conversion point” lead forms (out of home and online) and CRM integration.
Two practical details matter for accountability. First, invoices come as vouchers “up to one per month,” and they must be submitted two weeks before the regular board meeting, with itemized documentation (receipts and or invoices). Second, the board reserves audit rights to examine the contractor’s records during reasonable hours for up to one year after the contract ends. The term runs July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, and either side can terminate with 30 days written notice, with earned costs paid through termination.
