P&Z tees up wildlife-friendly fence rule and Village master plan May 6
Jackson’s Planning Commission has three rule-change items May 6, including a wildlife-friendly fencing code amendment and another round on the Teton Village master plan amendment.
A fence line can be the difference between a working pasture and a wildlife snare. On the May 6 agenda, Jackson’s Planning and Zoning Commission is set to take up a text amendment to its Land Development Regulations on “Wildlife Friendly Fencing” (LDR §5.1.2).
The commission also has PM26-012, a Teton Village Master Plan Amendment, plus PM25-011 LDR Amendments: Development Impacts on the docket. The agenda notes the commission will do an 8 p.m. time check and may bump remaining items to the next regular meeting if the night runs long.
Full agenda details (including the Zoom webinar info) are in the posted packet: Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Meeting Agenda.
