Teton County Library Board to approve voucher payments at April 16 meeting

The Teton County Library Board meets April 16 at 9:30 a.m. (hybrid) to vote on paying library vouchers; the agenda lists the approval motion but does not yet include the dollar total.

The Teton County Library Board of Directors is scheduled to meet Thursday, April 16, for a short “voucher meeting” focused on approving payment of library vouchers. The agenda includes a single action item with a motion to approve vouchers, but leaves the final amount blank (“$xx.xx”).

The meeting is set for 9:30 a.m. at the library, 125 Virginian Lane, and will be available both in-person and via Zoom. Details and the full agenda are in the board’s posted materials: Library Board Meeting Agenda.

Separately, county IT staff report the library and Teton County IT recently updated their support agreement to clarify co-management of network infrastructure and add network monitoring and cybersecurity/compliance assessment responsibilities. County commissioners approved that agreement earlier this month. Background is summarized in: Library Board Staff Report.
