The Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Joint Powers Board approved 26 March 12 vouchers totaling $302,594.10, with the biggest single check a $62,830 retainer to marketing agency Colle McVoy for February 2026 services, according to the board’s voucher summary approved as part of its March 12 consent agenda. The next-largest payouts were tied to community event and partnership grants. The International Rocky Mountain Stage Stop Sled Dog Race drew two payments—$41,887.75 and $8,112.25—for a total of $50,000, closing out the event grant line to a $0 remaining balance in the report. Other grant-related disbursements included $20,883.84 to Friends of the Bridger-Teton and $23,718.29 combined to Teewinot Institute for visitor services/ambassador work, the report shows.

On the staffing/operations side, the voucher list includes payments to multiple contracted positions and vendors, including $14,306 to Current Consulting for executive-director fees and per diem tied to a Wyoming hospitality and tourism event, as well as several professional-fee payments for operational and communications support.

The board’s March 12 minutes show the voucher run passed 6-0 as part of the consent agenda, with no public comment recorded on the vouchers item. (The board meets next on April 9.)
