Teton BCC to approve five 24-hour catering permits for June Food & Wine
At its April 6 meeting, the Teton County Commission is set to approve five $100 24-hour alcohol-catering permits for Jackson Hole Food & Wine events June 25–27 at venues in Teton Village and Jackson.
Teton County commissioners are scheduled to approve five 24-hour catering permits for Jackson Hole Food and Wine/Westside Wine and Spirits for events in late June, according to the clerk’s staff report on the April 6 Board of County Commissioners agenda. The permits cover alcohol service for a wine tasting at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole and a “Taste of Jackson Hole” at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (both June 25), plus dinners at Snake River Sporting Club and the Engh residence (both June 26) and a “Savor” event at Mead Ranch (June 27). See: START Board Staff Report.
Under Wyoming law (Wyo. Stat. §12-4-502, cited in the application forms), a permit is required when alcoholic beverages are sold at an event. The county’s fiscal note lists a $100 fee per permit per 24-hour period, for a total of $500 if all five are approved. See: START Board Staff Report.
The agenda item is presented by the county clerk’s office, with a recommended motion to approve each permit for a 24-hour period at the listed locations and dates. The report does not list additional operating conditions beyond the standard permit requirements and fee. See: START Board Staff Report.
