Jackson’s March 16 consent agenda shows contracts, but key docs are “Untitled”
The Town of Jackson’s March 16, 2026 council agenda lists multiple contracts and lease/deed-restriction actions on consent, but separate CivicClerk postings appear as “Untitled” with no readable text—making it hard to see what council approved and on what terms.
Jackson Town Council’s March 16 consent calendar bundled a half-dozen contract and property actions into a single vote, including a contract with 954 Consultants, an encroachment agreement with The Episcopal Church in Jackson Hole, commercial leases with Slow Food in the Tetons and Vertical Harvest, two workforce deed-restriction restatements (105 Mercill Ave. Unit 209 and 1257 W. Highway 22 Unit 403), plus an Axon Enterprise contract amendment. Those actions are listed on the agenda, but the supporting documents and key terms (including any dollar amounts, term lengths, and scope details) are not apparent from the “Untitled” postings that have circulated for the meeting.
The agenda itself is available and spells out what categories of items were on consent, but without the underlying attachments residents can’t easily verify what was approved or compare the contracts to staff recommendations. The town could improve accessibility by reposting the consent attachments with descriptive filenames and searchable PDFs, and by including a short “consent summary” sheet that itemizes vendor, amount, and term for each contract/lease.
For residents who want to follow up, the council accepts written comment by email at electedofficials@jacksonwy.gov, and consent items can be pulled for separate discussion if requested before a vote at a future meeting. The March 16 agenda is posted here: Jackson Town Council Regular Meeting agenda (March 16, 2026).
