JH Travel & Tourism extends JHRR booking-services deal through June 2027

On March 12, the Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Joint Powers Board extended its Jackson Hole Resort Reservations “fulfillment services” agreement to June 30, 2027, and said it will issue an RFP within the next year with no further extensions.

The Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Joint Powers Board approved a second amendment extending its “fulfillment services” agreement with Jackson Hole Resort Reservations (JHRR) through June 30, 2027, according to the board’s March 2026 contract amendment.

The agreement, first executed June 28, 2023, uses JHRR to help the board with “booking airfare, lodging, and activities in Jackson Hole.” The amendment notes the contract has already been extended twice (in 2024 and 2025), with the prior term set to expire June 30, 2026.

As part of the one-year extension, the board states it will put the contract out to a request for proposals (RFP) within the next year and that there will be “no further extensions” beyond June 30, 2027. The amendment itself makes a single contractual change: extending the term (all other terms remain in effect).
