JH Travel & Tourism board extends JHRR booking-services contract to June 2027

A March 2026 contract amendment extends the Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Joint Powers Board’s “fulfillment services” deal with Jackson Hole Resort Reservations through June 30, 2027, and says the work will go out to RFP within the next year with no further extensions.

The Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Joint Powers Board approved a second amendment extending its agreement with Jackson Hole Resort Reservations (JHRR) for “fulfillment services” through June 30, 2027. The original agreement dates to June 28, 2023, and is for JHRR to assist the board with booking airfare, lodging and activities in Jackson Hole. (START Board Resolution)

The amendment notes the contract had already been extended for one-year terms in 2024 and 2025, with the then-current term set to expire June 30, 2026. The board said the additional year is in its best interest, but it also set an expectation that the contract will be issued as a request for proposals (RFP) “in the next year,” and that there will be no further extensions beyond June 30, 2027. (START Board Resolution)

Aside from changing the term date, the amendment leaves the rest of the June 2023 agreement (and a prior amendment that adjusted a “buy-down program” provision) in place. (START Board Resolution)
