Housing Supply Board to review Annual Indicator Report March 11

The Housing Supply Board meets March 11 to discuss the annual indicators report, which typically tracks housing production and market conditions used to inform local housing policy.

The Jackson/Teton County Housing Supply Board is scheduled to meet March 11 (3–5 p.m.) at the Teton County Library and via Zoom, with its main agenda item a discussion of the board’s Annual Indicator Report. Housing Authority Meeting Agenda.

The agenda does not include the indicator report itself or a staff memo summarizing findings, so it’s not yet possible to confirm which metrics (for-sale/rental prices, wages, deed-restricted activity, unit production, etc.) will be highlighted this year or whether the board will give policy direction to staff based on the numbers.

The board is also slated to review its upcoming meeting schedule and take up matters from board and staff before adjourning. Housing Authority Meeting Agenda.
