The March 12 special meeting agenda lists interviews for two more candidates (12:00–12:45 p.m. and 12:55–1:40 p.m.). See: Lodging Tax Board Meeting Special Meeting Agenda and Lodging Tax Board Meeting Special Meeting Agenda.
After the March 12 interviews, the agenda calls for an executive session under W.S. 16-4-405(a)(ii) (personnel) to discuss hiring, followed by an action item for a public “motion to proceed with the outcome discussed in the executive session.” No follow-up minutes or selection announcement were posted in the agenda materials available as of March 9.
