Teton commissioners approve $638,595 Rec Center solar contract with Creative Energies

Teton County commissioners approved a $638,595 contract with Creative Energies Solar to build a 290.36kW photovoltaic (PV) solar array at the Teton County Recreation Center and remove a defunct solar-thermal system, according to the board’s Feb. 17 regular-meeting minutes.
The action was approved on the consent agenda. The minutes describe the contract as covering both construction of the PV array and removal of the nonfunctioning solar-thermal array at the facility (Commission Regular Meeting Minutes and Financials Packet).
