Teton commissioners to continue Cabins at Grand Targhee boundary-adjustment to Mar. 17
A planning memo asks the Teton County Board of County Commissioners to postpone the March 3 public hearing on BDJ2025-0006 (Cabins at Grand Targhee Phase I boundary adjustment) to March 17 so the applicant team can attend.
Teton County planning staff asked the Board of County Commissioners on March 3 to continue the public hearing for BDJ2025-0006, a boundary adjustment for The Cabins at Grand Targhee Phase I subdivision, to the board’s March 17 regular meeting. The application seeks to “re-configure Lot 1 Common Area” within the subdivision, according to a postponement memo in the meeting packet.
Staff said the hearing was originally scheduled for March 3, but a member of the applicant team was unable to attend due to “unforeseen circumstances.” Under the county’s land development rules, applicants are entitled to request (and be granted) one continuance; additional continuances are discretionary and require a “good cause” showing.
The memo asks the board to grant the postponement to March 17 so the applicant’s full team can be present for the quasi-judicial hearing. See: Planning Department Staff Report.
